Personal information protection
Privacy policy
This policy explains how NEXURA DATA collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal
information provided through the website, a service request or a communication related to a
case.
Effective date: April 14, 2026
Last updated: May 4, 2026
Person responsible for the protection of personal information: NEXURADATA privacy officer

1. Scope
This policy applies to personal information collected by NEXURA DATA through its website,
forms, emails, operational communications and, when a case is opened or accepted, in the
course of managing, tracking, invoicing or processing payment for an intervention.
2. Personal information collected
Depending on the nature of the exchange, NEXURA DATA may collect only reasonably necessary
information, including:
- full name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- type of device or media involved;
- urgency level;
- description of the issue or need;
- exchanges related to the follow-up of a request or case;
- case identifiers and access mechanisms generated for tracking purposes;
- administrative, contractual or payment information needed when an intervention is authorized.
3. Purposes of collection and use
Personal information is used to:
- receive and qualify a request;
- open, manage and track a case;
- communicate with the person concerned regarding an assessment, quote, authorization, payment, update or next step;
- protect the security, integrity and traceability of operations;
- maintain administrative, technical, accounting and service records;
- comply with legal, tax, contractual, security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution obligations.
4. Consent and communications
When personal information is submitted through the website form or by email, it is used to
process the request, communicate about the case and ensure operational follow-up of the
service.
This consent does not, on its own, constitute consent to receive promotional or marketing
communications. Any separate marketing communication must rely on separate consent where
required by law.
If a person communicates with NEXURADATA by phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook or another
external channel, the information sent may be processed by that channel provider under its
own terms and privacy settings. Passwords, access codes, sensitive documents and confidential
data should not be sent through public or social channels; the form, official email or case
tracking portal should be used when the matter requires structured follow-up.
5. Service providers and disclosure to third parties
NEXURA DATA may share certain personal information with service providers that help operate
the website, host information, send transactional communications, support certain technical,
administrative or security functions, or process a payment where applicable.
Such sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to deliver the service or operate the
tools used by NEXURA DATA. Reasonable measures are taken to govern such sharing and restrict
access to the persons or systems that need it.
The website may use Google Analytics 4 to measure audience, page views, standard technical
events and general site usage. Audience measurement starts only after consent is given in
the preference bar. This usage data helps understand site performance and improve service
request paths. Google LLC may process certain data in the United States. Google Signals,
remarketing and advertising features are not enabled for launch. Measurement events
configured on the site must not transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, message
contents or access codes. Visitors may change their preferences through the footer button
or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The website may also use Meta Pixel to measure visits and requests coming from Facebook or
Meta tools, including when a person clicks through to the website or uses a contact method.
This marketing pixel remains disabled unless explicit consent is given in the preference
bar. Meta Platforms, Inc. may process certain technical and usage data in the United States
or other territories. Visitors can manage advertising preferences in their Meta account,
change their site preferences through the footer button or limit tracking through their
browser settings.
Communications through WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook or other social platforms do not replace
an official NEXURADATA case file. They are used for initial contact or orientation; information
needed for an intervention must then be confirmed through the appropriate official channels.
6. Payments and related information
When a payment is offered or accepted in the context of a case, the information needed to
administer the payment, confirm the transaction, maintain records and comply with accounting
or tax obligations may be used and shared with providers involved in processing that payment.
NEXURA DATA processes only the information needed for this purpose and relies on tools
suited to secure payment processing.
7. Retention, security and destruction
Personal information is retained only for the period reasonably necessary to manage the
request, deliver the service, track the case, comply with legal obligations and resolve
disputes, where applicable.
Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures are in place to protect the
confidentiality of personal information based on its sensitivity, use, the media involved and
the operating context.
When retention is no longer necessary, information is securely destroyed or anonymized, as
appropriate.
8. Access, correction and complaints
Any person concerned may, subject to applicable laws, request access to personal information
held about them, request its correction or file a complaint regarding its handling.
To exercise these rights or submit a privacy-related request, please contact the person
responsible for the protection of personal information at the coordinates indicated in this
policy.
9. Privacy incidents
If a privacy incident affects personal information, NEXURA DATA assesses it promptly, takes
reasonable measures to reduce the risks, documents the event and acts in accordance with
applicable obligations, including notification where required.
10. Privacy governance
NEXURA DATA maintains privacy governance practices, including:
- assignment of privacy responsibilities;
- retention and destruction rules;
- a process for handling privacy-related complaints and requests;
- a framework for managing privacy incidents.
11. Additional information
Additional information about intervention conditions, payment terms, site commitments and
general contact details may also be found in the
Legal Notice, service pages, quote documents or
communications sent as part of a case.
