How much does data recovery cost?
Pricing starts at $79 for deleted files and goes up to $650+ for RAID or server cases. The initial assessment is free — you know the price before committing.
How long does recovery take?
Common logical cases (deleted files, USB drives) are typically handled in 24 to 48 hours. Complex cases (RAID, damaged SSD, forensics) may take 3 to 7 business days. Emergencies are accepted at all times.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. Every case is handled under Quebec's Law 25 for personal information protection. Data stays confidential, encrypted in transit, and is destroyed after delivery.
What happens if the recovery fails?
If no usable data can be extracted, you are not charged for the intervention. The free initial assessment helps estimate chances before we begin.
What types of media do you handle?
Hard drives (HDD), SSDs, USB keys, memory cards, phones (iPhone and Android), servers, NAS, RAID arrays, and forensic media. If your data was stored on it, we can likely recover it.
Do I need to visit in person?
